Description
By entering your team into this competition you agree to…
- Your team is a part of an England Hockey affiliated club
- The club themselves must be aware that you’re playing on their behalf
- Entry is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed entry form and full payment of the entry fee.
- Entry fees are non-refundable except at the Organiser’s discretion
- Fixtures, timings, and venues will be communicated prior to the start of the Competition and may be subject to change
- Team entries cannot be transferred
- Failure to pay a match fee within 7 days of the fixture will render your team ineligible to play, and you will forfeit each game until you are no longer in arrears
- Weekly match fees are strictly paid online only
- The Organiser operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse of umpires, officials, or other players
- Disciplinary actions (including suspensions or expulsion) may be imposed for misconduct
- The Organiser accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Competition, except where required by law
- Personal data provided during registration will be used solely for the administration of the Competition
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time
- Any matters not covered in these Terms & Conditions will be decided by the Organiser
- By submitting an entry, the Team Organiser confirms that all players have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
